Judith is a Clinical Social Worker (Mental Health & Medicare Accredited), Fertility Counsellor, Sexual Health Therapist & Educator and a Certified Facilitator of The Daring Way™. In conjunction with her private practice, Judith works within a private fertility clinic and a private psychiatric hospital. She is a sought after and highly regarded mentor/supervisor to interns and students.

As a Daring Way™ Certified Facilitator, Judith facilitates courses based on the themes of vulnerability, courage, self compassion, worthiness and shame resilience. Throughout her practice, she helps clients to embrace these themes, developing a framework for wholehearted living tailored to each individual. These services are offered as one-on-one sessions or in a group environment. Each program draws from The Daring Way™ curriculum to empower individuals at all stages of life and in all relationships, whether at work, as a partner or as parents. Specialised programs are also on offer to support teens and tweens through sensitive developmental phases.

With a background in human resource development, organisational development, change management and learning and development, Judith is frequently invited to present to educational institutions and business corporations. She has formally presented at business seminars, psychiatric grand rounds and several conferences; including a keynote presentation on sexual health and infertility. With multiple post graduate qualifications Judith works collaboratively with clients from a non-shaming psychosocial perspective.

Judith holds a separate Masters degree in clinical social work, behavioural science, sexual health and adult education. She has additional post graduate degrees in applied counselling and adolescent health and wellbeing. With a passion for each of these specialities, Judith’s diverse education, extensive experience and fields of study allows her to develop the most appropriate treatment approach.

For more than 16 years, Judith has developed and facilitated school-based comprehensive relationship, sexuality education, emotional wellbeing and parenting education programs throughout Australia. She enjoys working with parents and students to enhance effective communication and family values around pubertal development and sexual health. She has served on boards and numerous committees and volunteered with several organisations, including Special Olympics.

In addition to facilitating specific The Daring Way™ workshops, Judith incorporates integrated therapies into her private practice. She has an affable personality and encourages all clients to embrace vulnerability, courage, empathy, self compassion, authenticity and wholehearted living. Judith views empathy and self compassion as mechanisms essential to the process of change and healing. She works collaboratively with individuals, couples and families to effectively explore their unique circumstances. She is a clinical member of several professional associations and regularly undertakes professional development.
